In this Chapter “antique motor vehicle”, “bus engaged in the transportation of schoolchildren”, “commercial vehicle”, “farm motor vehicle”, “farm tractor”, “farm trailer”, “legal person”, “motor home”, “net weight”, “passenger vehicle”, “private bus”, “public bus”, “snowblower”, “snowmobile”, “special mobile snow equipment”, “trailer”, “truck” and “vehicle engaged in the transportation of schoolchildren” have the meaning given to them in the Regulation respecting road vehicle registration (chapter C-24.2, r. 29), and “bus”, “minibus”, “moped”, “motorcycle”, “emergency vehicle”, “road vehicle”, “tool vehicle” and “tow truck” have the meaning given to them in the Highway Safety Code (chapter C-24.2).
